Gail Lillian O'brien Monett, 54, a data entry representative, died June 6, 1995, in a local hospital.
Mrs. Monett was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., and was Lutheran. She was employed with QVC for six years.
Survivors include two daughters, Michelle S. Monett and Elizabeth N. Monett, both of Virginia Beach; two sons, Brian J. Monett, of Suffolk, and Craig G. Monett, of Virginia Beach; and a brother, James O'brien, of Brooklyn, N.Y.
A funeral will be conducted at 10 a.m. Friday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Bayside Chapel, by Dr. John P. Mason. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. today. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
