Tom-Wat Inc., a division of Fine Art Developments plc of Bradford, England, announced Thursday that it will set up a warehouse and distribution facility in Suffolk. Tom-Wat plans to begin its Suffolk operations this summer with a staff of 12. It will initially spend $250,000 for the lease and new equipment, and plans to invest about $500,000 by June 1996, by which time it plans to employ 60. The fulfillment center, which is being relocated from Connecticut, will serve as a distribution point for greeting cards, wrapping paper, educational toys and recreational equipment. by CNB
