Community Development of Hampton Roads, a private organization, will hold its fourth annual job fair for high school and college students today. The 9 a.m.-to-noon fair will be held in the gymnasium of Norview High School at 1070 Middleton Place in Norfolk. Students will have a chance at jobs with retailers like Hecht's, Leggett, Wal-Mart, Kmart and HQ Home Quarters - and other businesses like NationsBank and Household Finance Corp.
