Alfred L. Jackson, of the 6100 block of Blacksmith Court, died June 14, 1995 in Sentara Leigh Memorial Hospital, Norfolk.
Mr. Jackson was born in Norfolk. He was a member of Willow Grove Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Theresa R. Jackson; three daughters, Nechelle Jackson of Chesapeake and Jacki Jackson and Carla Smith of Virginia Beach; three sons, Steven Strobridge, Alfred Jackson and Benjamin Jackson of Chesapeake; his parents, Cora Gray and Benjamin Gray, both of Chesapeake; three sisters, Shelia Artis, Yolanda Langston and Valerie Hill of Chesapeake; a brother, Cornell Jackson of Norfolk; maternal grandmother, Naomi Davis of Norfolk; four grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday at Willow Grove Baptist Church, Chesapeake, by the Rev. Kevin White. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park. Arrangements by Fitchett Funeral Home. The family will be at 2159 Campostella Road, Chesapeake.
