Mrs. Anna ``Annie'' Sansone Williams, age 96, of 11 Reeves Rd, Greenfield Village, Woodbury, NJ, died Thursday, June 15, at her residence. She was a native of Norfolk, VA, a member of St. Margaret Roman Catholic Church, The Women's Club, and the Senior Citizen's Club of Woodbury, NJ.
Mrs. Williams was the daughter of the late Andrew and Carmella Campana Sansone and the wife of Thomas Bryant Williams.
Survivors include two daughters, Catherine Sutton of Woodbury, NJ and Betty Simmons of Norfolk, VA; three sons, Thomas Williams, Jr. of Dinwiddie, VA, John Williams of Norfolk, VA and Cecil Williams of Virginia Beach, VA; thirteen grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren and many great-great-grandchildren.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, June 20 at 11 a.m. at the Holy Family Catholic Church in Elizabeth City, NC, with Father John Ruffo officiating. Burial will follow in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery. A rosary will be held on Monday evening at 7 p.m. at Twiford's Memorial Chapel, 405 E. Church St. in Elizabeth City and the family will receive friends at the residence of Dr. and Mrs. Michael Sutton, 1601 Caddy Lane, Elizabeth City, NC. Memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
Twiford's Memorial Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
