Tracy Roy Collins, 62, of the 1900 block of Ames Circle East, a retired equipment specialist for CINCLANFLT after 35 years, died June 17, 1995, in Manteo, N.C.
Mr. Collins was born in Portsmouth. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church, the Naval Masonic Lodge and the Shriners.
Survivors include his wife, Chieko Collins; two daughters, Pamela Collins O'Dwyer and her husband, Kevin O'Dwyer, of Chesapeake and Cynthia Tracy Simonds and her husband, Jeffrey L. Simonds, of Chesapeake; a brother, Albert Collins of Portsmouth; a granddaughter, Jessica Simonds of Chesapeake; one uncle, Evan Sawyer of Portsmouth; and one aunt, Essie McCloskey of Portsmouth.
The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Loving Funeral Home, Churchland, by the Rev. Philip Parker. Burial with Masonic rites will be in Olive Branch Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the residence, 1900 Ames Circle East. Memorial contributions may be made to Calvary Baptist Church, 2117 London Blvd., Portsmouth, Va. 23704.
