Joseph K. ``Joe'' Warren, 87, of the 2500 block of Battlefield Blvd., went home to be with the Lord and his wife, Jessie Neal Warren, on June 21, 1995.
Mr. Warren, a native of Old Trap, N.C., attended Great Hope Baptist Church, Chesapeake.
Survivors include two sons, Donald L. Warren, his wife, Kathryn, and Samuel K. Warren and his wife, Lois; three grandchildren, Wayne Warren and Kevin Warren of Chesapeake and Cynthia Dempsey of Gastonia, N.C.; and six great-grandchildren.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday in Great Hope Baptist Church by Pastor John Godfrey. Burial will be in Rosewood Memorial Park, Virginia Beach. The family will be at Kellum Funeral Home, Pleasant Hall/Kempsville Chapel, Virginia Beach, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today.
