Casey Lee Heissenbuttle died June 21, 1994, at a local hospital.
Miss Heissenbuttle was born Aug. 21, 1979, in Charleston, S.C., a daughter of Gerald Lawrence Heissenbuttle and Jeanette Kuck Heissenbuttle Selan.
She was a member of Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church, Hollywood, S.C. She was a student at St. Paul's Country Day School and played softball.
Survivors include her father, Gerald Lawrence Heissenbuttle of Yonges Island, S.C.; mother and stepfather, Mr. and Mrs. David Selan of Great Bridge, Va.; five brothers, G. Larry Heissenbuttle Jr. of Meggett, S.C., Kenny Heissenbuttle of Myrtle Beach, S.C., Robbie Heissenbuttle of Charleston, S.C., Jason Selan and Justin Selan, both of Charleston, S.C.; three sisters, Terry Rainer of McDonough, Ga., Donna Heissenbuttle of Charleston, S.C., and Pam Turner of Greenwood, S.C.; and maternal grandfather, William H. Kuck of Charleston, S.C.
A funeral will be held at 1 p.m., Friday, June 23, 1995, in Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church, Hollywood, S.C. J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. Downtown Chapel, Charleston, is in charge. Burial will be in St. Paul's Episcopal Churchyard, Meggett, S.C.
