Randolph P. Marsh, 74, of the 1700 block of English Ave., a retired aircraft electrician, died June 20, 1995, in Chesapeake.
Mr. Marsh was a native of Pamplin, Va., and was predeceased by Mildred V. Marsh. He was a Baptist. He retired from the Naval Air Rework Facility after 30 years. He was active in the formation of the local Muscular Dystrophy Association and its telethon. He was a member of Norfolk Post (NU)327 of the American Legion for over 20 years. He was also a member of the American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars in Brooksville, Fla. Mr. Marsh was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II.
Survivors include a daughter, Annette of Chesapeake. Surviving of his eight brothers and sisters are Rachel Jones of Newport News and Ashby Marsh of Lynchburg, Va. He is also survived by two grandchildren, Shelly Rae Clark of Milan, Italy, and Scott Clark of Richmond, Va.
A graveside service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday in Rosewood Memorial Park by the Rev. Thomas L. Mercer. The family will receive friends at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Indian River Chapel, from 8 to 9:30 p.m. today. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Disease and Related Disorders Foundation, Norfolk Chapter, and to the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
