Lura I. Burket, 93, a retired registered nurse, died June 21, 1995, in Norfolk.
Mrs. Burket was born in Jackson Township, Pa., and was the widow of Earl E. Burket. She was a member of St. John Lutheran Church.
Survivors include a daughter, Joan L. Pingatore; grandchildren, Kimberly Pingatore of Norfolk, Lynn Peters of Alexandria, Va., and Janice Mazzola of Starkville, Miss.; and one great-grandchild, Christine Mazzola.
All services will be private. Burial will be at a later date in Johnstown, Pa. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, is handling arrangements. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to St. John Lutheran Church, 8919 Tidewater Drive, Norfolk, Va. 23503.
