FOR TWO-PARENT FAMILIES

Bravo for ``Why it takes 2 parents to raise kids'' (religion column, June 17).

I believe the reason society is experiencing an increase in murders, domestic violence, divorces, teenage pregnancy, pornography and abortion is because of the lack of balance in families from which many of our current leaders have come.

Let us stop exalting unmarried single parents in the mass media.
