High school memoir: My sophomore year in concert choir, we went to Washington, D.C., and performed at the Kennedy Center.

Advice for junior class I am leaving behind: Start applying to colleges and scholarships now; don't wait for the last minute. Enjoy your senior year because it's the best year of your life.
