Name: Andrew Lundquist

Age: 18

Parents: Ron and Gretchen Lundquist

GPA: 4.0

g4vbother Extracurricular activities: Basketball, chairman of

StoneBridge High School, playing keyboards for local band, Community

Service Club, Worship Perfect, Chorus Ensemble and playing trumpet

in school orchestra and brass ensemble.

College plans: The Air Force Academy.

Career plans: To become an Air Force officer and a pilot. Also

interested in pursuing a computer-related field in the Air Force.

Secret to academic success: There's really no secret to academic

success for anyone. All it takes is sacrifice, hard work, turning

your homework in on time, showing up to class, motivating yourself

and ordering your priorities.

Worst habit: I tend to be pretty impatient and, while I can

usually control it from dominating my reactions, it often taints my

general outlook. I'm learning though . . . aren't we all?

Favorite book: ``The Endless Knot'' by Stephen R. Lawhead

Favorite TV show: ``Lois and Clark: The New Adventures of

Superman''

High school memoir: I will remember the friendships which were

woven so tightly around my life that I ceased to have friends and

received brothers and sisters in their stead. And I will remember

the dreams and ideas we shared, which led to the adventures we had.

Most embarrassing moment: Only one event could earn the title of

most embarrassing. On Feb. 13, 1993, the local band that I play for

played a song at my high school's Valentine banquet. It was our

first performance and it would be pure mercy to say that we ruined

the song we attempted to play.

Advice for junior class I am leaving behind: Seek adventure,

seize every opportunity, don't allow a minute to be wasted, settle

not for second best, live life because it's fun and God has a

purpose for you, don't sweat your thesis - it's really not that

hard, you learn so much, and you'll even enjoy it.

Person I admire most: Moses, the prophet and shepherd of Israel

so long ago, because he had complete faith in God, stood for

righteousness and had the Father's heart for His people.
