Linda S. Hudgins, 55, died June 23, 1995, in a local hospital.
She was born in Martinsville, Va. and was a member of Great Bridge Church of Christ. Mrs. Hudgins was a homemaker and had worked for various charitable organizations in the area.
Survivors include her husband, Paul H. Hudgins; two daughters, Vicky L. Williams Banta of Virginia Beach and Renee Kardash of Chesapeake; two sisters, Mae Yelton of Virginia Beach and Pat Brown of Poquoson; a sister-in-law, Nancy Stewart of Martinsville, Va.; and three grandchildren, Tiffany Williams of Virginia Beach, Paul Kardash and Christina Kardash of Chesapeake.
A funeral will be conducted at 12:30 p.m. Monday at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Bayside Chapel, by the Rev. Leon Williams and the Rev. Dale Kendricks. Burial will be in Princess Anne Memorial Park. The family will be at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. today. Following the funeral service the family will be at the home of George and Barbara McCarrick, 4713 Bromfield Ave., Virginia Beach. The family suggests memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society.
