Bruce Mansfield was promoted from executive vice president to senior vice president/creative director with Barker Campbell & Farley in Virginia Beach. Mansfield joined the ad agency last year.
ARCHITECTURAL
Dan H. Hickok Jr. and Keith M. Andreyko were appointed project managers with the firm of Cederquist Rodriguez Ripley in Norfolk.
Hickok was an associate and stockholder with Williams, Tazewell and Associates in Norfolk. Andreyko was a project manager with Williams, Tazewell.
BANKING
Cheryl B. Parris was appointed hub branch manager with Signet Bank at its Western Branch location in Chesapeake. She will also manage the bank's Portsmouth Boulevard, Crawford Street and Midtown branches in Portsmouth.
Parris has been with the bank since 1979, and has held several positions in retail banking.
Robert Carpenter was named business development manager with Naval Air Federal Credit Union in Virginia Beach. Carpenter held the same position with Fort Eustis Credit Union in Richmond.
RETAIL
Helena Stillman was named general manager with Home Quarters Warehouse in Newport News.
Stillman began her training in store management with HQ in Virginia Beach. She has served as general store manager at HQ's Denbigh location in Newport News, and most recently was senior sales manager.
ORGANIZATIONS
The Virginia Law Foundation selected Thomas G. Johnson Jr. a fellow in ita 1995 class. Fellow selection is limited to one percent of the total membership of the Virginia State Bar.
Johnson is a principal and managing partner with the Norfolk law firm of Willcox & Savage.
The Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants elected Clyde E. McFarland Jr. president of its Tidewater chapter. McFarland is a vice president of Commerce Bank.
MID-ATLANTIC
Arthur C. Miles Jr. was named president and chief executive officer with The Marine Bank in Chincoteague. He will also serve on the bank's board of directors.
Miles was an examiner in bank supervision and regulation with the Federal Reserve Bank in Richmond.
Michael C. Bourgoine was named executive vice president for sales, retail services and retail development with Richfood Inc. in Richmond.
Before joining the Richmond-based wholesale food distributor, Bourgoine was president/owner of Valu Land Food Stores located in Laconia, New Hampshire. Previously, he had been vice president/treasurer as well as a partner of Farm Fare Supermarkets, a 12 store conventional supermarket chain in New Hampshire.
