I believe that Virginia is giving driver's licenses to mentally deficient people.
I am talking abut the tail-gater who rides on my rear bumper. I am talking about the driver who is always driving over the speed limit. I am talking about the driver who drives with 10 beers in his belly. I am talking about the driver who curses at me as he speeds by.
I believe the Department of Motor Vehicles should give a psychiatric test to all the people applying for a driver's license. I am sick and tired of nutty drivers.
