Isiah ``Tommy'' Coley, 59, of the 800 block of Ave. B, died June 21, 1995, in Sentara Leigh Hospital.
He was born in Littleton, N.C.
Survivors include one daughter, Tommiecinia Coley Broadnax of Denver, Colo.; three sons, Isiah Coley Jr., Arthur McKenley Coley and Clavin R. Coley of Denver; a sister, Elsie Powell and a brother, James Coley, both of Norfolk; 10 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; a host of friends and relatives.
A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Friday in Riverside Memorial Park. A wake will be held at E.A. Hughes Funeral Home from 7 to 8 p.m. Thursday.
