TONIGHT
HERE COMES THE JUDGE! Sly Stallone, sticking to the action genre that his fans apparently want, is ``Judge Dredd'' in the big-budget version of the futuristic comic book hero that is all the rage in England. In the 22nd century, a Judge is both the enforcer and jury. Mega-City One (New York City in the year 2139) is in chaos and only tough law enforcement keeps any semblance of civilization. Judge Dredd is the toughest of them all. The big-budget flick adopts the look of ``Blade Runner'' and has a supporting cast that includes Diane Lane, Armand Assante, Jurgen Prochnow, Rob Schneider and Max von Sydow.
