Gilbert Coleman Rea, 67, of the 500 block of Hamilton Ave., a retired laborer, died June 29, 1995, in Portsmouth.
Mr. Rea was born in Portsmouth and was employed with the Norfolk Naval Shipyard.
Survivors include his mother, Addie Harris Rea of Suffolk; and a brother, Edward H. Rea Jr. of Portsmouth.
A graveside service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens by the Rev. Marilyn Danner and the Rev. Robert Danner. The family will be at 42 Green-brier Road in Portsmouth. Snellings Funeral Home, Churchland Chapel, is handling arrangements.
