Earlene Jefferson of the 200 block of W. 135th St., died June 27, 1995, in Calvary Hospital, Bronx, N.Y.
Mrs. Jefferson was born in Norfolk County, Va., and was a social worker with New York City. She was the widow of Robert Jefferson and a member of Greater Refuge Temple in New York.
Survivors include a daughter, Anita Campbell of Platsburgh, N.Y.; a sister, Doris Jones of Bronx, N.Y.; three brothers, Elder Clifton E. Harrell of Chesapeake, Herbert H. Harrell of Norfolk and Preston Harrell of New York; and two grandchildren, Derrick and Darnay Campbell of Platsburgh.
A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday in Herald of His Coming COGIC, Norfolk, by Elder Ronald Sewell. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park. The body will be ready for viewing Sunday at 3 p.m. The family will assemble at 2223 Portlock Road for the processional at noon. Carlos A. Howard Funeral Home, Norfolk, is handling arrangements.
