Helen H. Holz, 67, of the 100 block of Matt Lane, died at home, peacefully in her sleep with her family at her bedside on June 30, 1995.
Mrs. Holz, a Baptist, was born in Alderson, W.Va., and was the widow of William R. Holz. She was retired as a waitress from Lynnhaven Fish House after 17 years.
Survivors include three daughters, Alice H. Finley of Moyock, N.C., Mary H. Stace of Virginia Beach and Linda H. Baldwin of Washington, D.C.; three sons, William T. Holz, Phillip R. Holz and Alan W. Holz, all of Virginia Beach; her mother, Georgia Harrah of Alderson, W.Va; three sisters, Kitty Cook and Marie Babic, both of White Sulphur Springs, W.Va., and Lota Skaggs of Alderson; a brother, Leo ``Pete'' Harrah of Charleston, W.Va.; and 10 grandchildren.
A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday in Kellum Funeral Home, Bonney Road Chapel, by the Rev. Victor Ramsey. Burial will be in Princess Anne Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
