W. Randolph Nichols, who will take over in August as superintendent of the Chesapeake Schools, has announced another round of staff changes. They include:
Dr. Elaine M. Chase, from coordinator of adult education to assistant in program evaluation;
Penny G. Goodin, from principal of Butts Road Primary School to assistant in school improvement planning;
James D. Rayfield III, from supervisor of English to director of secondary instruction;
Elizabeth S. Stublen, from assistant principal at Park Elementary School to principal of Butts Road Primary School;
Carole G. Flemming, from assistant principal at Indian River High School to supervisor of English;
Sharon A. Kelley, from assistant principal at Butts Road Intermediate School to assistant principal at Hickory Elementary School;
Noel B. McCue, from assistant principal at Great Bridge High School to assistant principal at Indian River High School;
Carolyn F. Bernard, from assistant principal at Great Bridge Middle School South to assistant principal at Great Bridge High School;
Beverly K. Oliver, from assistant principal at Western Branch Middle School to assistant principal at Great Bridge Middle School South; and
Harry B. Blevins, retired principal at Great Bridge High School named as part-time planning principal for Hickory High School.
