Foy Alfred Ward, 91, of Route 1, died Sunday, July 2, 1995.
Mr. Ward was born in Chowan County. A retired farmer, he was a member of Ballard's Bridge Baptist Church. He was the husband of the late Eunice Hobbs Ward.
Surviving are two daughters, Linda Robin Ward and her husband, Glenn Jones of Durham, and Nancy Ward Perry and her husband, Bud, of Hobbsville; two sons, Dan Ward and his wife, Ann, of Hobbsville, and Joe Ward and his wife, Peggy, of Tyner; one brother, Marcel Ward of Tyner; eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Ballard's Bridge Baptist Church Cemetery. Miller Funeral Home, Gatesville, is handling arrangements. Friends may join the family at the home of his son Joe Ward, Route 1, Box 198, Tyner.
