Malinda V. ``Mae'' Sanchez of the 700 block of Lesner Ave., a hairstylist, died July 1, 1995, in a local hospital.
She was born in Warren County, N.C.
Survivors include a daughter, Rashona L. Sanchez of Norfolk; her father, Lewis Hendrick of Norfolk; five sisters, Lillian Pierce, Joe Patsy Wilson, Eyvonne Coronado, Gloria Sauls, all of Norfolk and Joyce Sauls of Wilson, N.C.; three brothers, James Hendrick, Milton Hendrick, Benjamin Hendrick, all of Paterson, N.J.; grandmother, Susie Boyd of Broadneck , Va.; companion, Ronnie Holloway of Norfolk; a sister-in-law, Brenda Hendrick of Paterson; two brothers-in-law, Burnett C. Wilson, Leandrew Pierce, both of Norfolk; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was predeceased by her mother, Pannie Marks Hendrick.
A funeral will be at 1 p.m. Thursday in Metropolitan Funeral Service. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery. Family and friends will assemble at 3536 Seay Ave., (NU)B, Ingleside in Norfolk at noon Thursday for the funeral processional to the chapel.
