Frances Quinn Evans, a native of Portsmouth, died July 1, 1995, in a Richmond hospital.
She was retired from the Medical College of Virginia and employed as a registered nurse and medical/surgical supervisor. She was a member of All Souls Presbyterian Church, Richmond. A graduate of I.C. Norcom High School, she received a B.S. degree from Hampton University.
Survivors include a sister, Alberta Quinn Bailey; brother-in-law, John F. Bailey; and two nephews, Vernon Bailey and Keith Bailey.
A funeral will be at noon Saturday in All Souls Presbyterian Church, 19 Overbrook Road, Richmond. W.S. Watkins Funeral Home, Richmond, is handling arrangements.
