Harvey Lee Skinner, 82, of the 1100 block of Hoover Ave., died July 4, 1995, in a local hospital.
He was a native of Nansemond County, Va., and was a retired carpenter with Colonna Shipyard.
Survivors include one daughter, Lois Cullifer of San Diego, Calif.; one sister, Mildred Meyer of Tucson, Ariz.; four grandchildren, Mark Cullifer of Raleigh, N.C., Carol Knowles of San Diego, Calif., Brad Cullifer and Amy Cullifer, both of San Diego, Calif.; and two great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Indian River Chapel, by the Rev. Charles Moseley. Burial will be in Cypress Chapel Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home today from 7 to 8:30 p.m.
