Lloyd S. Turner, 71, a livestock dealer, of the 1100 block of Horseshoe Road, died Friday, July 7, 1995, in Albemarle Hospital.
Mr. Turner was the son of the late George L. Turner and Amelia S. Turner of Elizabeth City.
Survivors include his wife, Betty M. Turner of the home; one daughter, Phyllis T. Looney of Harrisburg, N.C.; one brother, Kentwood Turner of Elizabeth City; and three grandchildren.
A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday in Grace United Methodist Church, four miles north of Elizabeth City on U.S. 17, by Pastor Alan Gibson. Interment will follow in New Hollywood Cemetery. The body will be taken to the church at 12:30 p.m. Oman Funeral Home, Chesapeake, is handling the arrangements.
