Julia Mary Randall, 90, died June 30, 1995.
She was the wife of the late Cmdr. Arthur Howard Randall, USN. A native of Connecticut, she was the daughter of Joseph and Mary Babiarz Pawelec.
Surviving are her daughters, Barbara F. Randall of Elizabeth City, N.C., Ann R. Mernaugh of Friday Harbor, Wash.; and a son, Arthur H. Randall Jr. of Poulsbo, Wash. Her 13 grandchildren include Susan H. Parker of Ahoskie, N.C., Julia A. Haskett of Cary, N.C., Mary H. Rapp of Raleigh, N.C., and Charles W. Haskett III of Elizabeth City, N.C. She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren.
Burial will take place at Willamette National Cemetery in Portland, Ore.
