ROBERT H. FAYTON

Robert Handsome ``Big Rob'' Fayton, 33, of the 1700 block of Joplin Lane, died July 5, 1995, in Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.

Mr. Fayton was born in Norfolk. He was a truck driver for Valley Poultry and a former employee of Southern Tile. He was a member of St. Andrews Church of God in Christ, Norfolk, and Voices of Inspiration Choir. He was born to Deloris F. Roberts of Norfolk and Robert H. Roberts. Hewas a 1980 graduate of Maury High School, attended the University of Cincinnati and Middle Tennessee State and was an outstanding football player.

Other survivors include his wife, Cynthia D. Fayton; a daughter, LaTasha A. Fayton of Virginia Beach; a sister, Earlice Dodd of Baltimore, Md.; a brother, Ronald Fayton of Dayton, Ohio; maternal grandparent, Frances Fayton of Columbia, N.C.; a stepfather, Robert Badham; and a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A funeral will be conducted at noon Tuesday at St. Andrews Church of God in Christ, 636 W. 35th St., Norfolk by Dr. Loretta Jones. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park. Family and friends will be received at 2935 Marne Ave., Norfolk. Arrangements by Hale Funeral Home. ILLUSTRATION: Photo
