I am disgusted with Norfolk and all its absurd and abhorrent ``little extra'' charges that creep out whenever you are a victim of a crime.
I was shocked, to say the least, that there is a charge for a copy of the police report when one has been violated.
As a working, honest, law-abiding, taxpaying, several-times-over property owner, etc., this does not surprise me! What does elude me is why and what Norfolk and its bureaucrats do with all the lottery profits, property taxes, personal taxes, their share of sales taxes, etc.?
Make us pay for the stamps to mail it, but a copy of the police report should not carry a charge. This is the most ludicrous charge I have ever heard of.
