A 4-year-old girl who apparently vanished during a party at her parent's home was at another party, police said.
Police mounted an extensive search after Brianna Webber was reported missing from her Norview Heights home about 5 p.m. Saturday. But, about 11 p.m., a family friend brought the girl home safe.
The friend said that there was an apparent breakdown in communication and that she thought Webber's parents were aware of and had approved of the trip to the second party.
