Alice Marie Hite, 53, died July 9, 1995, in Norfolk, Va.
Mrs. Hite was born in Lynn, Mass., and was a computer data imput clerk for Montgomery Ward. She was a Catholic.
Survivors include husband, Eugene F. Hite Sr.; one daughter, Danielle DiCorato of Virginia Beach; two step-daughters, Jacqueline Y. Schaff of Ypsilanti, Mich., and Cheryl D. Santos of Virginia Beach; one son, Nicholas A. DiCorato of New York City; two step-sons, Eugene F. Hite Jr. of Chesapeake, and Richard A. Hite of Virginia Beach; four sisters, Arline T. and husband Edward Musante, both of Virginia Beach, Barbara A. and her husband Roy Rieck of Little Ferry, N.J., Mary Lou G. and husband Richard A. Salazar of Plattsmouth, Nebraska, and Judy and husband David Balous of Elizabeth City, N.C.; three step-grandchildren; niece, Kathy S. Damitz of Virginia Beach and nephew, Michael Balous of Virginia Beach; and several nieces and nephews in other areas.
A Christian Funeral Liturgy Service will be conducted Wednesday, July 12, 1995, at 11 a.m. by Father Charles Faul in the Church of Ascension Catholic Church, Virginia Beach. Burial will be in Rosewood Memorial Park. Smith and Williams Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel in charge. A Prayer Service will be held tonight at 7 p.m. in the Church of the Ascension Catholic Church. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to the Animal Assistance League, 1149 New Mill Drive, Chesapeake, Va. 23320.
