GAIL H. LAMONDUE

Gail Hughes LaMondue, of the 1300 block of Llewellyn Ave., died July 9, 1995 in a local hospital.

Mrs. LaMondue was born in Norfolk. She was formerly a schoolteacher for the City of Norfolk and a self-employed real estate agent. She was a member of Union United Church of Christ, a Sunday School teacher and young adult leader. She was a member of Delta (Norfolk Chapter) and was a graduate of Norfolk State University.

Survivors include her husband, Attorney Carl C. LaMondue; her parents, Hassie L. Hughes and Walker Lee Hughes of Norfolk; three sisters, Patricia Brown of San Diego, Calif., Joyce Hughes of Chesapeake and Sandra Rice of Burtonsville, Md.; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A funeral will be conducted at noon Friday at Union United Church of Christ by the Rev. Anthony Taylor and the Rev. Joseph Copeland. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Graves Funeral Home. Friends may join the family at the residence. The body will be taken to the church at 10 a.m.
