WILLIAM E. WEBSTER

William Edward ``Joe'' Webster, 76, died July 10, 1995 in a Norfolk hospital.

Mr. Webster was born in Hopewell, Va. He was a retired bartender in civil service after 40 years and retired also as a self-employed car salesman. He was the widower of Edith Webster.

Survivors include a son, Ricky E. Webster of Monroe, N.C.; two sisters, Dorothy M. Harris of Norfolk and Mildred Nelson of Winston-Salem, N.C.; two brothers, James D. Webster of Chesapeake and Howard F. Webster of Virginia Beach; and three grandchildren.

A graveside service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Thursday in Colonial Grove Memorial Park by Pastor Cobb. The family will receive friends at Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, from 7 to 8 p.m. today.
