Cecelia Russo Mastracco, 91, formerly of West Belvedere, died July 11, 1995, in Norfolk.
Mrs. Mastracco was born in Portsmouth and lived in Norfolk most of her life. She was the widow of Vincent James Mastracco. She was a member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Norfolk.
Survivors include a daughter, Theresa M. Vita; a son, Vincent James Mastracco Jr.; a daughter-in-law, Suzanne Tyler Mastracco; a son-in-law, Joseph A. Vita Jr. all of Norfolk; six grandchildren, Stephanie Vita Salerno and James A. Vita of Virginia Beach, Elizabeth Vita Cooper, Anna B. Mastracco, Sarah T. Mastracco and V. James Mastracco III, all of Norfolk; five great-grandchildren, Jason, Ryan and Gregory Vita and Dana and Corey Salerno, all of Virginia Beach; and seven nieces and nine nephews.
A Christian Wake service will be held this evening at 7 p.m. in the Norfolk Chapel of H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts. by the Reverend John J. Dorgan. A private funeral service and entombment will be held Friday.
Memorial donations may be made to the Children's Hospital of the King's Daughters or to the DePaul Medical Center.
