Zachary Alexander Howell, infant, of the 5000 block of Bellfield Road, died July 10, 1995, in a Norfolk hospital.
He was born in Norfolk and is survived by his parents, Beatrice Jackson and James Russell Howell Jr., of Norfolk; one brother, Joshua A. Jackson of Norfolk; his paternal grandparents, Gloria Mitchell of Norfolk and James Russell Howell Sr. of Key West, Fla.; his maternal grandparents, Christine and George J. Jackson of Norfolk; his maternal great-grandmothers, Beatrice Constantino of Norfolk and Estelle Winschel of Massachusetts; his maternal great-grandfather, William Winschel of Massachusetts; and his paternal great-grandfather, Ben Mitchell of Orlando, Fla.
The graveside service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Friday in Riverside Memorial Park by Chaplain B.L. Kingwood. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, is handling the arrangements.
