Ethel Mansfield Blake, 84, of the 4500 block of Newbern Drive, Knotts Island, N.C., died Tuesday, July 11, 1995, in a local nursing home.
She was a homemaker and a member of Cava Freewill Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Julian Carroll Blake of Virginia Beach; two stepdaughters, Edna Parrish of Virginia Beach and Doris McCluskey of Benton Harbor, Mich.; and two sisters, Mary Hughes of Moyock and Willie Eura of Virginia Beach.
A graveside service will be conducted in Blackwater Baptist Church Cemetery on Thursday, July 13, 1995, at 2 p.m., with Rev. Fred Bates officiating. Twiford Funeral Home, Colonial Chapel, Chesapeake, in charge of arrangements.
