Ellen L. Decker, 70, of the 1100 block of Sharon Drive, died Friday, July 14, 1995, at her residence.
Mrs. Decker was born in Windsor, N.C., and was the daughter of Lula Mizelle Gregory of Windsor and the late Joseph Gregory. She was the widow of Richard Austin Decker Sr.
Besides her mother, she is survived by her two sons, Richard A. Decker Jr. of Chesapeake and Donald Wayne Decker Sr. of Zephyrhills, Fla.; her sisters, Virginia Barracks of Grifton, N.C.; two brothers, Duke Gregory of Williamston, N.C., and Jack Gregory of Chesapeake; four grandchildren, Robin Ann Weaver, Donald Decker Jr., Daniel Decker and Alex Decker; and one great-grandson, Nicholas Decker.
The funeral will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday in the chapel of Oman Funeral Home, Great Bridge. Burial will be Wednesday in the Garden of Memory Cemetery, Tampa., Fla. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today.
