Otha D. ``Doug'' Brown, 60, of the 200 block of Granby St., a water tech, died July 11, 1995, in his residence.
Mr. Brown was born in Durham, N.C. He was employed by the city of Norfolk for 24 years.
Survivors include a daughter, Larussia Parker; two sons, Douglas Parker and Quinton Quick; three sisters, Annie R. Brown, Shirley Lewis and Louisa Brown; and a brother, Haywood Brown, all of Durham, N.C.; and eight grandchildren.
A funeral will be held Tuesday, July 18, 1995, at Scarborough and Hargett Funeral Chapel, Durham. The body will be sent from E.A. Hughes Funeral Home, Norfolk, to Scarborough and Hargett Funeral Home for funeral services.
