Carrie Lee Green, of the 700 block of Madison St., Apt. 415, died July 12, 1995, in Maryview Medical Center, Portsmouth.
Mrs. Green was born in Quitman, Ga. She was a 60-year member of Ebenezer Baptist Church and the widow of Jesse Lee Green.
Survivors include a daughter, Delores Staton of St. Louis, Mo.; a stepson, Linwood Green of Virginia Beach; a brother, Esell Reynolds of Valdosta, Ga.; three grandchildren; a devoted niece, Emma Chambliss; a nephew, David W. Taylor; four stepgrandchildren; nieces, nephews, great-nieces, cousins and many other relatives and friends.
A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Corprew Funeral Home by the Rev. Herman Williams. Burial will be in Lincoln Memorial Cemetery. Viewing at the funeral home will begin at 10 a.m. Monday.
