I take exception to the recent letter stating that dumb drivers are mentally deficient people.
The problem in Virginia Beach is we have no law enforcement. Neither do most other cities throughout the country. This is a result of lack of leadership.
Congress could buy $10 billion worth of police officers, and things wouldn't change without good leadership.
