Mabel Nanney Rogers, 92, of the Cradock area of Portsmouth, died July 19, 1995, in a Portsmouth hospital.
She was a native of South Hill, Va. and was predeceased by her husband Norman E. Rogers. She was a member of Cradock United Methodist Church in Portsmouth.
She is survived by her daughter Mildred R. Williams; two grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren, all of Birmingham, Ala.
A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday in Greenlawn Mausoleum Chapel by Rev. Michael Robbins. Entombment in Greenlawn Memorial Mausoleum. The family will receive friends at the Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel, this evening from 7 to 8 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to the Cradock United Methodist Church.
