Helen McGrath Reams, 92, died July 20, 1995, in Thornton Hall Nursing Home in Norfolk.
Mrs. Reams was a native and lifelong resident of Norfolk. She was the widow of Raymond L. Reams, Sr. She was a member of Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church.
She is survived by two sons, Raymond L. Reams, Jr., and his wife Dorothy, Robert E. Reams, Sr., and his wife Ruth; a brother, George McGrath, and his wife Mattie, all of Norfolk.
Five grandchildren, Kathleen R. Heilman and her husband Dallas of Virginia Beach; Raymond L. Reams, III of Norfolk; Robert E. Reams, Jr. of Atlanta, Ga.; Walter Lee and Sharon Reams of Norfolk.
Three great-grandchildren, Barbara and Scott Bishop and Emily Heilman; also a devoted family friend, Paul MacKenzie of Norfolk; and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be conducted at 3 P.M. Sunday, July 23, 1995, at Forest Lawn Cemetery by the Rev. William Amon. Friends may join the family Saturday from 7 to 8 P.M. at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church, 288 E. Little Creek Road, Norfolk, Va., 23505.
