Charles Wesley Vinson, 46, of the 16100 block of Muddy Cove Circle, died Friday, July 21, 1995, at his home.
He was a native of Portsmouth and self-employed in his audio and radio studio. He was Protestant.
Survivors include his mother and father, Jane Dews and Elmer L. Vinson; his daughter, Christie Jo Vinson of Great Bridge; a sister, Mary Vinson Perry of Carrollton; and a brother, Russell L. Vinson of Carrollton.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday in St. Luke's Memorial Park by the Rev. Bill Fulcher. The family will receive friends from 2 to 3:30 p.m. Sunday in Colonial Funeral Home, Smithfield, and suggests that memorial contributions be made to the Carrollton Volunteer Fire Department, 15020 Carrollton Blvd., Carrollton, Va. 23314.
