Ronald Watts Sr., 37, of the 3500 block of Kings Row Court, died July 20, 1995, in his residence.
He was a native of Brooklyn, N.Y., the son of Noah and Louise Watts.
Survivors include two daughters, Eleanor Watts and Veronica Watts; a son, Ronald Watts Jr.; four sisters, Linda Rogers and Mary Watts, both of New York, Patricia Watts of Maryland and Thelma Watts of Norfolk; three brothers, Robert Watts of Florida, James Watts of Virginia Beach and Micheal Watts of Massachusetts; two grandchildren; and a special friend, Ms. Janice Wenger.
A funeral will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday at Riddick Funeral Chapel, 1225 Norview Ave., Norfolk. Viewing will be from 2 to 3 p.m. Sunday.
