E. Neill Rogers, 77, of of Piney Branch Drive, died July 21, 1995, after a short illness.
Mr. Rogers was a native of East St. Louis, Ill. He was a 1940 graduate of the United States Naval Academy and served in World War II. He graduated from the T.C. Williams School of Law in 1950 and practiced law in the Richmond and Fairfax area. He was also a member of the Virginia State Bar.
Survivors include his wife, Myra Rogers; one daughter, Margaret Brown of Virginia Beach; and two grandchildren.
A private service will held by the family at a later date. H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Laskin Road Chapel, is handling arrangements.
