Armed robbery, 3200 block of Western Branch Blvd. A suspect wearing a clown mask and carrying a single barrel shotgun entered McDonald's through the rear door, forced the victims to lie on the floor while the manager opened the safe. Description of suspect: black male, 5-feet-8-inches, 145 pounds, thin build, black hair, brown eyes, wore an over-sized blue short-sleeved shirt and gray pants. Three more black males were waiting for the suspect outside the business. June 28.

Armed robbery, 3100 block of Western Branch Blvd., Advance Auto Parts. The suspect placed an item on the counter, then displayed a chrome automatic handgun and demanded an employee to open the safe. Employees were assaulted and threatened. Description of suspect: black male, late teens, 5-feet-10-inches, medium build, goatee, wore green/white shirt and jeans. June 30.
