Robert Thomas ``Bobby'' Duck, 48, died Saturday, July 22, 1995, in his home.
He was born in Washington, D.C., and was the son of the late Percy L. Duck. He was employed with Gwaltney of Smithfield Inc.
Survivors include his mother, Lillian Bradshaw Duck of Smithfield; a sister, Beatrice D. Huber of Wakefield; three nieces, Sharon H. Atkins, Patricia H. Warriner, both of Disputanta, and Janet H. Cowling of Virginia Beach.
A funeral will be conducted at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Purviance Funeral Home, Wakefield, by the Rev. Paul Harfst. Burial will be in Mount Carmel Cemetery, Walters. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today. Memorial donations may be made to the American Lung Association, 5349 E. Princess Anne Road, Norfolk, Va. 23502, and the Isle of Wight Rescue Squad.
