I feel like a voice crying in the wilderness. Where are all the good people in the world? Why are they not outraged at what is happening to the Bosnian Muslims? Fifty years after the Holocaust it is happening again, right in front of our eyes on the evening news.
Where are Jews who suffered so much under the Nazis? Aren't they outraged that it is happening again? Where are Christian leaders; where are Muslim leaders? Why aren't they outraged?
This time we cannot say we did not know. I was born in Germany. I promised myself a long time ago that I would speak up if I see or hear of atrocities or if people are rounded up for any reason.
A lot of people will say it is not our business. That's how the first Holocaust happened. How can we let this happen again?
