Evelyn Haag Forbes, 77, of 116 Maury Place, died July 25, 1995.
A native of New York City, N.Y., she was a daughter of the late Ernest and Emma Sullan Haag.
Survivors include her son, Robert J. Forbes of Suffolk and her granddaughter, Jennifer W. F. Fish of Zuni.
